Ruptela, a global telematics company renowned for its high-quality GPS tracking devices, has embarked on a remarkable journey since its inception in 2007. Imagine Ruptela's growth from a local startup of just three(!) individuals to a global powerhouse with over 150 employees, driven by an unwavering commitment to customer-centricity and a vision of promoting efficient and sustainable transportation worldwide.
Offering premium quality at a reasonable price may sound like finding a unicorn, but with Ruptela's GPS tracking devices and accessories, this becomes a reality. Crafted with precision and accuracy, these products exceed expectations, boasting a quality rate of 99.9% and exceptional durability. Coupled with superior customer support, Ruptela’s partners can focus entirely on sales while benefiting from extensive knowledge and hands-on experience.
Aligned with its commitment to meeting diverse business needs, Ruptela has categorized devices into Advanced and Basic segments. This segmentation allows each client to find the perfect GPS tracker that aligns with specific requirements, making vehicle fleet management more accessible and efficient.
Ruptela's in-house research and development team plays a pivotal role in developing, designing, and manufacturing hardware products. This ensures accurate and reliable fleet management and GPS tracking, contributing significantly to flespi as a telematics API platform. Technologies and innovations are geared towards helping others grow their businesses.
Another key aspect uniting us with Ruptela is its close collaboration with end-users, enabling the company to pinpoint their needs and develop products that solve real-world problems. With a technical team boasting over 15 years of industry experience, Ruptela ensures efficient and timely communication, adhering to the best ITIL, Lean, and ISO practices.
Throughout the years, flespi has successfully placed a substantial number of Ruptela's devices on the platform. In 2021, we observed +12k devices, followed by over 15.6k additions in 2022. The momentum continued in 2023, ending with another milestone of more than 17.6k devices. Thus, in just three years, there have been more than 45.3k new devices connected to flespi all around the world.
This partnership not only simplifies the onboarding process but also fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing. It was an exciting topic for discussion at the flespi conf 2023 as we welcomed Ruptela representatives on-site. Operating in the same field, we both regularly exchange experiences. This synergy ensures that Lithuanian telematics hardware and software solutions become more accessible and user-friendly for a wider audience of people and service providers.
